If you’re experiencing issues with our Typing Tutorial, there are a
few things you can do. If you’re asked to rotate your device but you’re on a
desktop or laptop, you may need to switch to a different computer. If you’re
using a Windows 8 device, you still may be able to use the Google Chrome web
browser to see if this resolves the issue. If the tutorial stops playing or you
experience glitches, try a web browser other than Internet Explorer or Edge, which tend to cause more technical glitches; Firefox, Safari, and Chrome are all good options to try.
