How do I list my Certificate of Completion on my resume?

Feel free to list that you have earned a Certificate of Completion from on your resume if you have completed an accredited online class with us. In our opinion, listing the awarding organization (, the class (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or Access), and the date you completed the class is sufficient information. If a potential employer needs further information, you could also state that the program was accredited by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET).

We would caution you against stating that you are certified in Microsoft Office only because Microsoft also offers a certification training program. Generally speaking, if an employer sees that you're certified in Microsoft Office, it implies that you have completed that particular certification program, which is separate from what we offer.
